I know, I've been there
Hi, I am Emma and I know what it's like to be in stuck cycle, confused & lacking direction.
I was in my 20's and I was miserable in my office job. I felt like every day was a waste of time & my life had no meaning or purpose.
Then one day while living in NYC, I discovered my new passion career & life direction - teaching yoga. Once I made this shift, everything flowed easily & I soon created a thriving yoga studio.
Then 10 years ago, I was at a crossroads - marriage breakdown & health crisis. Despite having a successful business & still loving yoga, I felt lost & confused because I knew I was being called to something new, but didn't know what.
I took the leap of faith to study psychotherapy & later coaching, which helped me to break through my old patterns and step onto my new path.
Through my own transformation I also learnt long lasting techniques that I now use to support others through life transitions to shift blocks quickly, get clarity & about their ideal career & dream life.
