Hi, I'm Emma

I know what it feels like being stuck - I spent most of my teens and 20s feeling insecure, anxious and despite any skills or talent. I sabotaged almost everything I tried!

I just kept hitting up against a big brick wall that blocked me from succeeding in most areas of my life.

When I discovered yoga, things finally started flowing and eventually, I created a thriving yoga studio and business.

Then 10 years ago, I hit a huge crossroads & the big brick wall block came up again.

I felt stuck in every area of my life - marriage break down, health crisis - and despite still loving my business & yoga. I felt lost & confused about my career direction.

I went on to try dozens of therapies. And what I discovered from years of healing - is that with the right therapy & the right person guiding you - CHANGE CAN HAPPEN QUICKLY.
